Reminding you
you, are nature.
Dr. Lindsay Chimileski
Lindsay Chimileski is a naturopathic physician with an enthralled devotion to herbal medicine, plants, mushrooms, healing and the natural world.
Her fascination with nature and plants started at a young age and blossomed into the purposeful pursuit of healing with natural medicines. Her deep connection with botanical and mushroom medicine sings through all aspects of her life. She has always been interested in psychology, the brain, the spirit and the mind and loves how naturopathic medicine can encompass it all. With her patients she leans on botanical and fungi allies, with a foundation of nutrition, finding balance, nature, creativity and self love. Empowering, educating and creating a container where people feel safe and supported to do the work to heal themselves. She is an advocate for the mindful practice of mushroom identification and foraging. She recharges by spending time in nature, greenhouses, hiking and practicing yoga.
